Oil funds question academic integrity

Scientists at the University of Calgary used funds from oil companies to cast doubt on global climate change.

TheScientist reported on the malfeasance.  When the University became aware of the political use of the funds, they shut down the account (in 2007). Approximately a half million dollars was used to support the oil companies' cause.
